loved our stay at a hotel in ortisei. staff was friendly, food was great, and the views were beautiful. the location was perfect - a short walk to town. the hotel even provided a bus pass for exploring nearby towns. highly recommend the dinner at the hotel!

Spa hours didn't work for us. it was only open from 3-7pm, which meant we couldn't use it if we wanted to go hiking.

We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which made it convenient to get around the city. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste.

The beds in the hotel were too hard for our liking, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. Another downside was that there were no bathtubs in the rooms, only showers.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the town and multiple lifts for exploring the beautiful mountain scenery. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with delicious meals and a festive atmosphere every evening. It was definitely worth having dinner included in our stay. Additionally, our room was spacious, quiet, and had a breathtaking view of the alpine landscape.

There were a couple of minor downsides to our stay. the spa and pool had limited hours, which would have been nicer if they were open later into the evening.

The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and there was even a snack bar for lighter bites. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
